To ensure the smooth processing of your application, please follow these steps carefully:

Complete Application Form:
Please ensure that the application form is fully completed, and all requested documentation is attached. This will help avoid any delays in processing your application.
Wait for Confirmation from Council:

Following the submission, Council will review your application and assess the availability of parking spaces.
Make Payment:

Upon completion of the review, you will receive an email containing payment details and additional instructions. Please refer to the Fees & Charges Register for the total cost.
Receive your Parking Agreement:

Council will provide a Secure Parking Agreement along with information on how to collect your Parking Access Key (card or fob).

Important Notes:

Access keys will only be issued upon the receipt of full payment.
Please allow 2 business days of processing time between the payment and the collection of your access key.
Keys can be collected from:
- Port Augusta Airport Terminal Building - NJE passengers only during flight arrival or drop off times
- Civic Centre, 4 Mackay Street - Sharp Airlines passengers
- Or contact the Council Office to make alternative arrangements

Part 2 – This User Agreement is not Effective until

The applicant agrees to the General Conditions contained herein;
The applicant agrees to the Special Conditions which the Council may determine and attach to this User Agreement, which will prevail over the General Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency;
Applicants must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance;
The applicant pays the prescribed fee; and
A copy of this document signed by the Council has been returned to the applicant.

Part 2 – This User Agreement is not Effective until

The applicant agrees to the General Conditions contained herein;
The applicant agrees to the Special Conditions which the Council may determine and attach to this User Agreement, which will prevail over the General Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency;
The applicant pays the prescribed fee; and
A copy of this document signed by the Council has been returned to the applicant.

General Conditions

The applicant, in paying the prescribed fee (refer Fees & Charges Register), will be required to be covered by a general public and products liability insurance policy.
The applicant agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified the Council, its employees and/or agents against all actions, costs, claims, damages, charges and expenses whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against any of them arising out of or in relation to any activities under this User Agreement or arising out of breach of any condition attaching to this User Agreement.
The rights and obligations under this User Agreement are not transferable to any other party.
The applicant shall comply with applicable laws and also give all notices required by any legislation relating to this User Agreement.
The applicant must comply with all reasonable directions given to the permit holder by any employee or officer of the Council in relation to this User Agreement.
The User Agreement may be revoked by the Council if the applicant fails to comply with a condition of the User Agreement, or may be revoked in any other justifiable circumstance.
The Council and the applicant acknowledge and agree that this User Agreement contains and represents the entire agreement reached between them with regard to its content and that no promises, representation or undertaking, other than those contained in this User Agreement, were made or given or relied upon.
If any part of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or void or unenforceable, then that part will be severed from this User Agreement and the remainder of this User Agreement will continue to apply.

Special Conditions

Applicants will not be responsible for any maintenance to the facility, except for:
a. works needed as a result of a negligent or wrongful act or omission by the Applicant;
b. works needed as a result of a breach of this User Agreement by the Applicant.
Lost keys requiring replacement will attract an administration fee. (Refer Fees & Charges Register)
Applicants will be charged an annual fee for access key/s prior to the commencement date. No refunds will be provided for early termination of the User Agreement, such as, but not limited to, no longer requiring access to the facility.
Where applicant is a “Business” and have obtained multiple access keys, under this User Agreement;
a. the key holders must not facilitate access to the facility for third parties;
b. may transfer to another user, however Council must be notified of the updated contact details for that access key.
Where the applicant is an “Individual” and have obtained a single access key, under this User Agreement;
a. the key holder must not facilitate access to the facility for third parties;
b. may not transfer to another user;
Access to the facility will be automatically terminated at the end of the 12 month period unless;
a. written notification is received by Council’s Authorised Officer by the “Renewal Date” identified in this User Agreement, and;
b. a further annual fee is paid prior to the term expiring.
Any key renewals not received by the “Renewal Date” will have their User Agreement and access to the facility terminated on the “Expiry Date”.
Council, its employees and/or agents, will not provide notification of a pending termination of this User Agreement and access to the facility.
